Can not access mobile device from Winodws 8 computer

I have Moto G 2 running on Andriod 5.0.2. Whenever I am trying to connect my mobile via USB by enabling Media device (MTP) option, I am getting error message as -
You do not have permission to access this device.
I am successfully able to connect and browse if I connect using Camera (PTP) option. But the problem in this option is I can only view images in this option, not all folders/files.
Also I am able to browse all files/folders, if I use USB adapter and put my SD card in that and connect USB adapter with computer. It seems some access or registry issue is preventing to connect using MTP option. Somewhere I read about DRP, but not sure how to overcome that.
Please help.
