HELP! Lollipop update theme

Okay, so I was finally forced to update to lollipop 5.0 against my will. Before hand I was using KitKat 4.4.4 and I loved everything about it! I'm using att note 3. Not rooted. I hate the color schemes of everything from the blue drag down notification bar to the atrocious yellow and orange contacts! Someone please help me get rid of or change this hideousness without having to root! Is there anyways to do this?

You might, emphasis on might, be able to roll back the OS version using a PC program called Odin. However, I think Samsung prevented the rollback form happening in the bootloader.
