My wifi isn't connecting failed to obtain IP address

I've called my network company, not working. I called straight talk, still not working. If you know any thing that will help please let me know. Also a pop up that says AP currently not in use. Internet connection slow. Then with the options of cancel, retry, and forget.

Did you try forgetting the connection and then adding it back? Did they have you change the wifi security settings?
