my galaxy tab fell into water while i was on for like 10 seconds i wasn't totally submerged but it was on went i pick it up the screen was kind of fuzzy but worked then i switched off then sucked the water out with my mouth. thenthis morning tried truning it on it i display an android teddy say downloading then i switched it off again there was trouble trying to switch it one but now it just blank don't know what to do

sucking the water out with your mouth wasn't the best option, but it was creative stick the tablet in a big bag of rice and leave it for a couple of days, maybe the rice will dry out whatever moisture is left in the device. If that doesn't work it might be worth while contacting Samsung to arrange a quote to fix the tablet. There isn't really anyway to fix it yourself.
