Galaxy S6 Edge Toggle buttons disappeared.

I have been using my phone for a month now. Suddenly some of the Toggle buttons disappeared! The screen which appears when I swipe down, now missing 'Mobile Data On/Off' button, 'Hotspot On/Off' button and few other buttons are also missing. Now I have to go through the Settings Menu to activate/ deactivate these features. What went wrong? How the get those toggle buttons back??

Hello. Yes there were several large threads on this, and a fix announced above.
