Lost all my contacts & emails

[AC Question]

I switched carriers from Sprint to Smart Talk. Sprint no longer had enough tower service in my locations and I was dropping calls 5 and 6 times a day. I switched to Smart Talk and did not know to save my contacts and email. Are they gone forever
