mystery contacts

For the past few weeks, any time my coworker adds a contact to her AT&T iPhone 6 plus, it will also show up in my Tmobile galaxy s6. However, if I add contacts to my phone they do not show up in hers. If I delete the contacts from my phone, they are deleted from her phone as well. We don't share any login info, wifi, bluetooth, etc. Can anyone provide any insight as to what might be causing this?
