The charger cable that came with it should have a full sized usb plugged into the ac adapter. take it off the adapter and plug it into the usb port on your computer and plug the other end to your phone. when you do this, your phone should pop up with a thing asking what type of connection you want. make sure it is not set to "charge only" but rather, MTP or PTP. when you have done this windows should pop up with a thing asking what you want to do and you can either select to have it automatically import photos to your "my pictures" folder or you can browse the folder. They are located in the DCIM folder in internal storage or SD card if you have one on your phone. You can then drag and drop what photos you want to where you want them on your computer.
