can I move an entire album to my SD card on my galaxy s5?

I recently bought a 32GB micro sd card for my galaxy s5. All the new pictures I take are put on the SD card. My question is can I move an entire album of pictures to the SD card that I took prior to having it?

Welcome to Android Central! Sure--the easiest way is probably to connect the phone to your computer via USB, then use Windows Explorer to move the folder from the phone's Internal Storage to the SD card. Albums are generally the same as a directory, so a directory of photos called "Family" would show up as an album called "Family" in the Gallery app.
