Can have a game that will convert your Virtual coin to real money?

I just want to ask you if you can develop a game that can convert the user/player/gamer virtual coins to real cash and will be deposited to the the user/player/gamer bank account, where the user/player/gamer can use it to shop at the mall etc.? Is that possible, if yes why isn't it done by Game Developers or if no why can;t it be done. Thanks.
