Ok, so literally NONE of my apps don't work. Its all "Unfortunately, the camera app/google play store/gallery etc. has stopped working," I've tried EVERYTHING. When i try to clear the cache, the button just won't work. It doesn't do anything. I've tried disabling play store, and then downloading it off of APK file, but then it tells me that I have no SD card, even though I do, I just have no idea how to put it in.
Second, whenever I enter my SIM card, it just won't read it. I don't want to take the risk of doing a rooting and also mostly because i have no idea how. If there's anyone out there who has experienced the same problem, or knows how to fix it, please let me know. Thank you!
