Not that I know of. Its a free new outlet for all and so are the forums. They do sell accessories and things for all types of phones in the shopandroid.com

No. It's free to use.

They all give their time for free because they enjoy helping and meeting people, they are Android enthusiasts, they like the mental challenge as nearly every question is different or relates to an enormous variety of Android devices -
