    There is no supply of power to the motherboard of my Samsung Galaxy S4, is there any way where i can take the data saved in the mobile internal memory, example S notes, Messages etc.. Please help

    If the motherboard can't be powered up, no.

    If it can be, a JTAG service could possibly retrieve the data. It would cost more than the retail price of an S4 (it's all manual labor, by someone with a lot of experience, so you're going to be paying $100/hour or more), so it better be pretty valuable data.

    In the future, make sure you back the phone up regularly. (See Backing up an Android Device.) Backing up and restoring is a lot cheaper.
