I installed an app that would allow me permission control for other apps, and it didn't work, so I uninstalled. The app was called AppOps by Lorenzo Fracassi. Also, I opened it once. Now, whenever I open settings, a permission page comes up behind it that's almost like a background instead of being black like normal. I know it's cosmetic, but how do I fix this?!?!

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Security>Device Administrators. Is there anything related to AppOps listed there? If so, and if it's checked, then uncheck it. Try to find that remnant in the App list and uninstall it.
