I just bought a LG g3, have set up my gmail account. Since I have used my LG device, I see myself visible(was set to be invisible) in my gmail, on my desktop. It says because I am logged into google talk or another device that does not support invisibility. This is really annoying, what should I di inside the gmail app or anywhere else in LG g3 to set myself invisible?

There's really no such thing as invisibility in email, that's a Google thing, and it depends on whether you're logged into Google. If it can be changed, it would be in your Google account that you get to with a web browser.
