AC Question
So I'm supposed to free up my memory to prevent crashes, but every time I delete an app it crashes but removes the app. Every time I delete a video it crashes after freezing for a minimum five minutes. It will not force restart. Sometimes my device is incapacitated for a half hour. After the reboot from the crash, the videos are still there. My apps run decently, but I deleted some for space, but it's my dozen videos taking up so much media, but the Android will not let them go! I have a Samsung Galaxy s3 yes an older model but it works better than my fiancé's iPhone 5 and my mom's Galaxy 5 even with these issues.
How can I delete videos without crashing my device? Any suggestion OTHER than a factory reset?
