My phone hasn't been in use for about 2 months now, I am trying to put all my data on my computer but the phone just doesn't go on. It shows the Samsung Galaxy S4 then the battery picture with a the circle loading in the middle. And then all of a sudden the green android icon/ robot pops up and says "no command". Any idea how to fix this problem?

Try pressing and holding the Power button, then press Volume Up once. A list of options should appear. Use the Volume Up or Down button to highlight your chosen action, then press Power. I suggest that you choose Wipe Cache Partition.
