Is my GS4 active battery a bit broken?

Hello all, I have just switched from Apple to a Samsung and I bought a 'refurbished GS4' off of amazon. The phone is great besides some unnoticeable watermarking at the very top of the screen and the battery life. I charged my phone today and it reached 100% at about 8:30am then I left it like so with the screen off until about 11:30 and it had gone down to 90%. I've also just noticed in general the battery drains fast. Should I buy a new battery or return this phone?

Welcome to Android Central.

Did you check your battery usage stats after that drop in charge? We'll need to know what is using the battery before we can attempt a diagnosis. Try doing that again, then post a screenshot of the stats.
It would also be useful to see the stats after a day's normal use.

I don't know if you mean for me to find more advanced statistics, but if you did I don't know where to find them sorry about that.

I have power saving enabled and the phone's brightness slider is about a sixth of the way on the slider, so more closer to not being bright at all.
