I have a US Cellular Samsung Galaxy S6, looks like its CDMA but has SIM Slot

Hello, I just bought a Galaxy s6 from US Cellular, It appears to be CDMA/4GLTE, Its there any way to change the software to make it work on GSM?

Welcome to Android Central! The SIM is for the LTE network. These specs show that it does not have a GSM radio: Samsung Galaxy S6, 32GB†, (US Cellular), Black Sapphire

And the difference between CDMA and GSM is in the hardware, not in the software. CDMA phones use SIM cards for data, but not to connect to the network.
