camera busy error in moto g(2nd gen.)

sir everytime i open my camera camera busy sign is shown.i have even tried to operate my phone in safe mode but the problem is still there.please provide a small update to solve this problem.As i googled it was a common problem in nexus and motorola device along with android lollipop.

I'm having the same problem,even my flashlight icon has disappeared & been replaced by hotspot icon,ive downloaded a flashlight app & that doesn't work either,any idea's???

I'm having the same issue on my moto G. Everytime I try to open the camera app, it gives me a camera busy error. I can't even use my flashlight or other programs that involve using the camera. I tried to force stop the camera app, clear the cache, wipe my phone clean with the factory reset, uninstall apps that I thought may of the caused of the error, etc. This happened just a few days ago.. It may well be an internal hardware issue.. Not sure. If anyone finds a solution to this problem please post it here. If I found a solution I will be sure to post it here as well.
