Can anyone tell me what icon this is?

I dont know where it came from it just appeared. It's the one next to the wifi icon on the notification bar. Can anyone tell me what it is and how to turn 'it' off. Here's a screenshot:

It looks like the icon for "Talkback", which was pre-installed on my phone. I have it turned off. It is an application for visually impaired users. You would find it in your Accessibility settings, or in your Settings > Application Manager > All.
