    When you long press the text field you should be able to select the clipboard. If it's not there, then you may need to download one from the Play Store.

    Clipboard "access" is via copy/cut and paste. If you want more control over the clipboard (it's just a section of RAM, nothing else, there's no app normally associated with it), install an app like Clipper - Clipboard Manager.
