If you are NOT the owner of a contract on a tmobile plan can you read the other person that is on your plan text messages? What about if you are the account owner? If you can how do you get it to where they cant?

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, but I don't quite understand what you're asking. Are you asking if someone else on the same family plan can read the text messages that are coming to your number? Text messages are specific to the phone number, so someone else on a different phone number wouldn't be able to read texts to your number using their Messaging app. But you may want to check your account's website on your carrier site--sometimes there are options to read texts there.
