my phone keeps freezing why????

[AC Question]

So i have a Nokia Lumina 635 and i bought 6 months ago. then now i have dropped a couple time but it usually works fine now when i try to download something from the app store it starts freezing up. Please help. and don't tell me to go return it. i bought it from walmart and I'm overseas
