I read on other forums that fully bricked (or hard-bricked) devices have a dead screen when turned on meaning they don't react to pressing the power button or pressing the buttons to boot into recovery.
For me the phone starts up with the LG boot logo, doesn't animate (it should) and stays like that for like 10 seconds, then it turns on, same thing happens when i try to boot into recovery.
