I have a black lg Optimus and it's perfectly fine besides the fact that if I leave it afk for at least 5 min it will restart over and over until I come back to it. another problem is that when it dies and it charges to 3% it will go to a green screen it's called

Welcome to Android Central! It might be worth trying a new battery. If you let the battery die on a regular basis, it will reduce the overall lifespan. As a rule of thumb, make a habit of charging when the battery reaches around 30-40%.
