Ok so I have the Moto E and I turned off the phone and put it in a zip lock bag and a "water proof" container before I went kayaking. when I took out the phone there was little water in it. And I took my case off and the back cover and there was again. Little water. The camera was all foggy and had tiny water drops on the inside of it. I dried it and tryed to turn it on but it won't turn on, but when I plug it into the charger a white LED light comes one for a bit then eventually turns off. I currently have it in a bag of rice. does anyone know why it's not working?? Can someone tell me how to fix it and what I should do??

Welcome to Android Central! The fact that there's condensation inside the camera lens indicates that water got into the phone somehow. Turning on a phone when there's moisture internally can be a bad thing, because that can cause things to short out. There might not be much you can do. See this guide for some other tips: [GUIDE] Oh, no! My Phone got Wet!
