I have seen so many people on the forum ask the same question about the contact list being updated for hours (I'm going on 7 hours now).
So after updating the software on my S5, how long should I have to wait now???
My question is why does Samsung not give us a solution to the problem instead of the public giving their opinions on how to fix the problem? I have to phone clients and cant get hold of them because of this problem. I think its very poor service of Samsung to not assist their clients/fans in fixing this problem.
If someone from Samsung could actually give us some answers that would be great, or send me an email to explain to me what I must do to speed up the process?
