how can i recover my images, text and contacts after a factory reset without saving anything?

I'm trying all those recovery apps I was ablet o get that works for free and most of them don't seem u phone as a mass storage device. Use a software that ask me to debug and basically I just need an app or software I can use to recover them I'd appreciate it. Thanks. I'm using HTC one m7

First, the phone has to be rooted. You can't recover deleted files without root.

Second, the free apps usually only recover pictures, you have to have the paid version to recover anything else.

Third, texts and contacts are stored in a database file, so you'd have to know which files you want to restore.

If your contacts were all Google contacts, and you left them set to sync, go to Google Contacts/More/Restore contacts, if any of them are missing. You can recover anything deleted within the past 30 days. (If they're Phone contacts, you have to restore the database file.)

This is why anything you don't want to lose should be backed up.
