MotoX 2nd Gen Battery life problems

I have searched all over the internet for a fix to my shotty battery life. My phone will go from 90% to like 85 within a few minutes. At 90% it says I have 6hours left. Please help!

It's difficult to tell much from those stats. Please post more after you've used the phone normally for a day, before you come to recharge.
