One email account won't sync over wifi - others will

I have 3 email accounts, 1 private IMAP, 1 Exchange, 1 Google Business account

The first 2 work great, but the third won't connect over WiFi.
Before, it wouldn't send email, but now it won't receive either.
If I turn the WiFi off, it works immediately. But, the turn the WiFi on, and it won't connect to the email server (imap.googlemail.com (or imap.gmail.com) at all.

Rest of the WiFi works (including other 2 email accounts).

Email account works just fine on computer connected to the same WiFi with the exact same settings.

No MAC filtering or anything like that setup.

I reset the phone, reset the router, forgot and re-remembered the connection -- still nothing.

Any thoughts on how I can get the phone to reach imap.googlemail.com (or smtp.googlemail.com) over the WiFi?
