Hi everyone,
I dropped and broke the glass of my Nexus 5 (D821 European model) and I ordered a front panel replacement. I did the replacement as I saw on some youtube videos and the screen is working fine now. The problem is that the position of the touch is way wrong. If I touch the screen on the upper right corner I get a "click" on the middle right and if I touch the screen on the low right I get a click just on top of the middle right.
So it seems that the touch is mis-interpreted by half screen!
Have you seen / heard something similar ?
Can this be caused due to a mistake I did in the process of reassembling the phone ?
Can this be because the part is from a D820 (U.S model) ?
