Anytime a call comes into my phone I can't answer or receive it.

Anytime a call comes into my phone I can't answer cause the phone (tecno H7) tells me that a process com.android.phone has stopped working.I did nothing to it previously and it has been working fine until some days ago.I have tried switching off the phone, taking out the battery and even resetting it to factory settings and the problem still remains....what do I do....its kind of urgent pls.....basically I can't receive calls

My mum tried calling me.. it was ringing her end but nothing came through on my end... happened with other ppl that have tried calling me too
