lg l90 splashed by water and now mic isn't working, and it won't stop vibrating what can i do?!

Recently I accidentally splashed my optimus lg l90 with water. It was acting fine, so i didn't think anything of it and plugged it in to charge. After about an hour i came back and my phone was vibrating constantly, but after a while it stopped and i called a friend. It was then that i realized that they could not here me. when i put it on speaker they could hear me. External mic's do work but i am very confused on why the speaker phone would still work if the regular mic isn't working. Could the motor that causes the phone to be vibrating cause this? Please leave suggestions, thank you!
