If a 4G phone was flashed to 3G service, will it ever be able to get 4G again?

I have a Droid Razr Maxx that I flashed to straight talk, and then page plus and now I went back to Verizon pre-paid but I can't get 4G-LTE with it. If I go to Net10 will I have 4G? Or is there a way to restore 4G functionality on Verizon? Thanks.

Ok I found out the answer to that is YES, it can. All you have to do is use Matts Droid Razr Utility and do a system flash with delete options. I hope this helps someone out.
