How do I access the internet when I am away from wifi?

I only use google. get emails etc when I am at home and use my home wifi. I can't seem to use these services unless a wifi is available.

Just curious to know if you have a cellular data plan? If so, then: Settings > Data usage > Mobile data

If you have a mobile dataplan but aren't able to access mobile data it might be because you are using an unlocked device but don't have the proper APN for your data.

What carrier do you have? What device do you have?
