Smartphones are all getting 64-bit processors now, and obviously apps and operating systems are also beginning to support the 64-bit format. Is it even worth getting a 32-bit phone anymore or should I buy a 64-bit phone no matter what?

For example, the Galaxy Note 4 is still a great phone and will be a lot cheaper now that the Note 5 is coming out. Should the 32/64-bit processor play any part in my decision?

64 bit is rolling out, but it won't be completely dominant in the market for a couple of years. The Note 4 is still a great buy.
