the blu 5.0 is asking to enter privacy protection password to unlock

I took out the battery and the chip earlier because the battery was drain when I get some charged the phone keep asking to enter the privacy protection password to unlock

i don't know anything about that password,i've just taking of my sim card from the phone then after replaced it,it asked me for privacy protection password.i need your help please.
