LG G3 US Cellular - No battery life suddenly, any fixes?

My G3 which I purchased in December has been giving me some serious issues lately. I have to completely turn it off for about 10 hours just to get it to charge from 55% to 100% (when I first got it, that time was a lot closer to 1 hour). In terms of usage, I get about 2.5 hours of use out of a full charge (I got somewhere in the neighborhood of 6 or 7 when I first got it), and that is just simple texting and whatnot, nothing intensive. I am still using the adapter and cable that came with the phone, and both work just fine with other devices. I have tried taking the battery out and putting it back in, and performing a factory reset, all to no avail. If any of you have any suggestions, I would be forever grateful.

Try calibrating ur battery by downloading a battery calibrating app i used to have the same problem then i calibrated my battery it worked for me
For instance if this method fails then i think u have a defect in ur battery try buying a new one
