In my Samsung A7 while using whatsapp,hike,imo& viber voice calls, I cannot hear the opposite person's voice normally but I can hear it only thru loudspeakers .. Rather my voice can be heard to the receiver clearly. . What can I do to hear receiver's voice normally rather than using loudspeakers??? Please do help me out...
