It looks like there are air or water bubbles inside of the lens!

I would take that back and exchange it. That could damage the phone.

The phone is water resistant, not waterproof. Using it in a downpour is probably safe. Swimming with it probably isn't. Bring it back, as Almeuit said, and hope they'll exchange it. (Water damage isn't covered, even in water resistant phones.)

Ey, if you have rice box, try to put it inside. It will help.
Alternative, put it in dryer box, the one people put their camera and lens in to remove the moisture.
