Two way calling with Gear S AND a SS phone, both with sim cards?

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone out there is using both the Gear S and a Samsung phone both with sim cards in it. Can calls be handed over to each device. For example if somebody calls the Gear S sim, can I still answer it on my phone? Will it work visa versa if the Gear S also has it's own sim?

Background: I have an Australian sim/phone. Looking at getting the Gear S and the ATT$2 sim card for when I go to the USA (a lot). Just seeing if I can get cross-functionality when I need it? Would this work?

If the Gear S is not that popular I might not even buy one!
