Why won't my Lenovo yoga 8 reboot?

I've tried many times by holding the power button and volume button at the same time. I get the options...tried all of them...nothing. I can get the android laying down with "no command" written on it. And get the options for that also. Tried all...nothing. Any suggestions of what else I can try?

Exactly what do you want to accomplish? Turning the device off, then turning it on reboots it.
