How do I delete photos altogether without selecting them one by one but only those synced?

So I would like to keep all google photo cloud copies and only delete those pictures that are saved from device.

Is there a way that won't delete my syncs as well?

Also I don't want to mark each pic one by one for deletion. I have thousands. How can I selected all not synced and delete them?

Welcome to Android Central! The easiest way would be to connect the phone to your computer via USB, then use Windows Explorer to delete the locally saved photos. They should be in the directory /DCIM/Camera.
