I keep reseting my tablet. But the problems keep happening.

so its like this. When i turn my tablet on its stuck on android boot screen after manual reseting my tablet by going to the console panel. i restart and it boots up it works for like 5 10 min till i install some stuff. then the apps start crashing (google play dosent open. crashes always) then if i restart my tablet it gets stuck on boot screen again
