How can I fix err_name_not_resolved on my SG4?

err_name_not_resolved on SG4

I have a SG4. When I am connected to mobile data I have no problems. When I connect to WIFI (any) I can only get half my apps to connect. I can get basic games to work. I cannot get Chrome, FB, or many others to work. I always get an err_name_not_resolved message.

That's a DNS problem. Make sure the wifi in the phone isn't set to a static IP address - it should be dynamic (DHCP). Long-press the connection and check Show advanced options.

If you have the problem with other devices connected to your router, the problem is the router setup of your provider's DNS server.
