how do I turn my data on and off on the notification panel?

I have an Galaxy s3 that I was playing around with and in the process of trying to get rid of a virus, lost the data button on my notification panel, how do I get that back

Go to settings then go to display then go to notification panel and you should be able to change it there

Also press the four squares icon next to the settings wheel for surplus toggle switches and see if it's there.
