Droid Turbo - Access MTP settings via USB?

[AC Question]

I've got a Droid Turbo with a dead screen. I'm trying to retreive some app data before sending it back to Verizon.

However, the MTP settings have it connected as a camera and Windows only shows me camera directories via USB.

I'm trying to find a way to see all of the app/data directories.... OR....to somehow change the MTP settings without an operable screen.

Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central.

You need someone to post you a screenshot of the Notification shade after yoi pull it down to change from PTP to MTP mode, then you can pull the shade down blindly and guess where to press. "Connected as a PTP Device" on the notification area will only come up as you plug in to a usb port. I am not near a pc now or I would show you what a Moto G looks like.

Someone will come to your rescue, or you can register and ask in that forum.

it is better that you send it a look and try things that the more technicians make will realize that was what you were trying to make me step to me with the Nexus 4.
