I have the s4 note. My caller ID says most calls are coming from another country, why?

Example... just got a phone call from Go Daddy in Arizona but my caller ID said it was a call from Poland. This is a regular occurrence. Something in my phone isn't recognizing the +1 code for the USA. Any suggestions? Thanks. Jamie.

Are you using a caller ID app from the play store or your carrier one? If it is your carrier one I would contact them to ensure their service is running properly.
