error while updating note3 n9005

im using galaxy note3 n9005.. im going to update kitkat to lollipop but my phone giving error that is cannot connect to server try again..

failed to update software.. network or server error occured.. try again or use kies

Welcome to Android Central! Which carrier are you on? Is your model from that carrier, or from a different carrier? If it's from a different carrier, it's probably looking for that carrier's server. You should be able to use Kies to update, or bring it to the nearest Best Buy, where the Samsung Store rep can flash it for you.
